    Hi guys,
I feel i am that i am just as addicted to the internet as i am to PMO. I can spend countless amounts of time surfing youtube and things that when i think about i really dont care about. I cant get rid of the internet completely but do you guys have any advise about how to manage my time spent on the internet?
    Thanks

  2. Do you have any hobbies? Practical ones I mean, where you need to go out and do something or create something?

I would recomend to limit your time you can access the internet, delete problematic apps from your phone (social media, stuff like reddit, YouTube app, etc), maybe try to set a certain time during the day where you turn off all electronics and do something else (go for a walk, do sports, read, find a hobby).
Find something else, something more meaningful to do.

  5. This is definitely a problem for a lot of us in this day and age. Especially social media; spending too much time scrolling endlessly through social media has been linked to general mental unwellness like depression and anxiety. I agree with what most people are saying here; limiting your time spent online, focusing more on hobbies that involve "real world" activities (especially with real world results, like creating art, studying something you find interesting, working out, etc.) are good ways to get away from over-consumption of the internet.

This is something ive been struggling with a lot. I seem to be on top of my PMO addiction for the most part now and have no problem controlling myself in that department. Though when it comes times to the internet i struggle to manage my time on it. I often find myself compulsively watching TV for too long, even when i should be asleep.
