Quiting PMO

    Hi Friends,

    I'm on Day 75. But from last 1 week I am indulged my self in watching hot videos on youtube. Although Im not masterbating and watching porn only watching those videos. I get a though that if Im not mastering then there is no harm in warching only hot and sexy youtube videos .However I feel partialy regreted How can avoid it put my self back to my previouz mode. Plz help me out gyzzz.

    Welcome mate, I'll be blunt, those things you watched...they are essentially porn. You watched it for the rush, so it's no better than explicit stuff as far as dopamine goes.
    I think any purposeful consumption of any material classified as 'hot' should be avoided. Just don't give up mate! :)

    This is your mind playing with you. Now it feels it would lose the battle if you keep going like that.

    Watching those videos is still giving mild dopamine rushes to your body. Your old connections still exist.

    Take deep breaths and admit that you are still weak and vulnerable. And so you still need to get and become stronger than the enemy.

    Read back your reasons on why you started with NOFAP.

    The enemy has sneaky ways of operating and can get you back to your previous days easily.

    Staying vigilant and aware is necessary. You are doing good. Keep going :)

    Thanks Gyzz for these motivating words. I'm now practicing more awareness and proactiveness to make my self stronger.

    I really dont want to give up or quit it by coming this much closer of the challenge.

    Thanks again gyzz your words will really help me out.
