Hi, I'm not a porn addiction but I can't spend a single day without masturbation after masturbation I lose my whole confidence in life and I feel like I'm weak and lonely and my rest day feels shit. I'm going through a hard left with this addiction I don't know whom to this and how to stop this, I was trying to stop still more than 2years I could not stop its becomes like a daily habit.
