    Hi there,

This is kind of a unique case. I never have done this before, and hopefully never have to again. I'm on the younger side, and have been having anxiety issues recently.

My case is kind of unique, because I only watch porn once every 2 weeks or so. I don't even masturbate, never have. I've ejaculated a handful of times in my life, usually in my sleep.

I'm not sure if watching porn and NOT masturbating is bad for me in some way, but I'd be interested if you all know of any chemical buildup or something I may not be aware of.

Over the past 3 years or so I've had moments, not frequently, but every once in a blue moon where my penis feels sensitive, as if I'm just going to cum randomly. It's a shitty feeling, usually manages to be nothing, but I'm wondering if quitting watching porn completely could solve that.
Also general anxiety issues which have been becoming very frustrating for me recently.

    Thanks everyone.

Have you tried to read Your Brain on Porn articles? I guess there is something there that can I help you, but I can't remember now.

  3. You should quit the porn as it's harmful, whether you masturbate or not.

YBOP does indeed have some good articles. A couple of my faves:

    https://www.yourbrainonporn.com/reb...masturbate-edge-or-watch-porn-without-orgasm/

    https://www.yourbrainonporn.com/reb...ong-abstinence-with-binges-an-addiction-risk/

I've experienced that sensitive, about to cum feeling but it doesn't bother me much. It can be a sign that a wet dream may be imminent, and I don't care much about wet dreams, which rarely happen anyway. I don't know if it resolves eventually or not.

At your age, I would suggest to fap whenever you think it's necessary, and cut that porn crap from your life. Masturbating or no, porn is bad for your brain. It messes your head.

I remember a guy here who would masturbate for the first time about the age of 25, he was a similar case, I guess some people have low sex drive, and this doesn't mean you have a problem or you wouldn't get aroused with a partner. Seems more like a blessing to me, like, you're immune to porn :)

  7. I'm sure none of your perceived troubles have anything to do with porn as there would have to be a lot of exposure. Every two weeks and not even masturbating? That's not really an issue - there are guys here who did it for an hour a day or more for years.

If you're scared of any potential problems then just stop watching porn. You're clearly not addicted so it shouldn't be difficult to do. Enjoy your life and don't worry.
