Seem to be always checking in around now, rather than the morning, which is when I started. Not even thinking about it in the morning really, which is a great sign! As that was probably my most vulnerable point.
So just over halfway through day 7. Nearly bedtime, and super beached, so will be asleep soon. After breakfast tomorrow I will have made it a week!

Relapsed after 15 days. I'm restarting again.

I'm on Day 6 I woke up feeling like I wanted to watch some porn. But I know that it's just my urges talking, I'm gonna get out of bed, and go to the gym. Might as well use this energy for something productive

Hey guys.
Recently got a new job and moved to a new place with minimum internet coverage.
Hopefully that will help me be PMO free longer.
May not be posting as much, but will do whenever i can.
