9/30.. Another pretty easy day.. Hardly thought about anything sexual.. I mean in the mornin almost wakin up and maybe a lil bit durin the day but other than that.. Nope.. But of course I can't rest easy.. It was like this last time before I started to get some urges around almost 3 weeks.. But, I'm glad I've gotten this far in a while..

Had a dream where I literally was jerking off to porn. I remember being really ashamed and not being able to remember how I even got to that point. In a way I'm kind of happy though - I was looking for the triggers which shows to me that I'm taking NoFap seriously enough to have the system/terminology/etc. start to take hold inside of my subconscious.

Anyways, haven't looked at porn in 5 days. Feeling good and motivated.

Was supposed to move to CA this morning but a girl I was supposed to meet up with yesterday flaked out and rescheduled for tonight. So basically I'm putting off moving solely to smash, can't help it.

10/30.. I had some thoughts, but still no urges.. I think I am in the flat-line stage.. Where I don't get an erection as easy I guess.. Which I don't mind, cause I'm not doin anything sexual anyways.. Lol.. Still goin strong NF!.. Hope y'all are too.
