    Hi, been studying NoFap and the effects of PMO for about a month now. I guess after 17 years of addiction to PMO I want to change. I just relapsed after three days on my first try abstaining. I'm here for support and to be connected to others who have been through this and can maybe help me out. Thanks for letting me be a part of your community
