I was just exemplifying that sometimes I feel like you, even when I see a gorgeous girl I'm the street for example.

It is called Gender Identity Disorder, As the name suggests it is a disorder and needs to be treated.

What these trans people do is they mutilate their bodies to match their 'Inner Gender' rather than go to professional Medical counseling. From a Liberal mindset there is no harm in them doing whatever they want to do. But on a slightly larger scale this devastatingly affects the society.

Is the problem genuine with trans people? Yes. Does that make it okay to mutilate themselves and become freakshows? No.
