PMO effect emotion?

    i have been addicted to PMO for 5 years. Today my girlfriend was honest with me and said how when I show emotion it’s really nice because I don’t get mad at her(good thing) I don’t laugh (rarely do) but I smile but sometimes for no reason. Does PMO effect my emotion? Idk because I’ve been addicted since like 6th grade which is when I got friends and stuff and idk if I was a person who just didn’t laugh or was it the PMO? And if so, will I get my emotion from being @ like 90+ days?

    Dude it's all emotion. The cause, the reaction, everything is tied to emotions.

    I guarantee you if you master this you'll be an entirely different person.

    Itll take more than 90, more like a year. But you'll see effects early on.

    Pmo numb your feelings on the long term,its seems nice when you don't overreact to emotions but it will eventually make you passive aggressive which can take control of your entire life.
    You can do it i know you can!
