Nofap and sickness

I just wanted to share my experience. It’s been almost a year since really doing nofap. I remember in high school, every spring i would get severe flu and frequent colds. My immune system seemed almost broken

Well I haven’t gotten sick in almost a year, since i started nofap, that is until today. When i started last year, i went 5 months hard mode and I knew i couldn’t get sick, because the semen in me was in my body, thus my body didn’t have to work to create semen, instead it could focus on healing and repairing other parts of my body. This is why my skin improved a lot too.

Anyways after the 5 months, I have been having 1,2,3 week streaks and overall fapping much less than in previous years and as a result, i’ve been sick less often. Is it also due to being healthier in general- like sleeping at least 8 hours, cold showers and improved mood and the likes? Yes absolutely.

But regardless nofap is the direct or indirect cause of better health and immune functioning.

The proof for me is that after having MOd 4 times in 3 days (ya i had a bad week), today i feel a sore throat and woke up feeling sick and terrible. Getting sick is also partially due to the cold winter weather.

But i can guarantee that if i had not relapsed recently(i was at 3 weeks of nofap and feeling radiant), then my body would have been able to fight off any illness and i would not have gotten sick

i’ve gone 5 months once and similarly felt repressed tension, didn’t stay busy enough. and 1 month 3 times. i’m going 1 year ! now!
