Do wet dreams (every 4 days) occur due to weak resistance to orgasms (ie premature ejaculation)?
My wet dreams last very little, I just need to touch or see a girl (in the dream of course) to have an orgasm.
Can kegel exercises help premature eiaculation (and therefore wet dreams)?
Slowly masturbating can help premature eiaculation (and therefore wet dreams)?

do not tell me that wet dreams will pass over time because they have been there for more than 5 months!

I am going to get flak for this as usual but wet dreams are not normal, a healthy adult male should not get them. Yes, it's common in the nofap community because there are a lot of pmo addicts here but ultimately wet dreams are a sign that the problem is still there.

I used to get a lot of wet dreams until I accepted that I shouldn't have them. Wet dreams can be controlled. I had many instances in which i woke up when I was having an erotic dream and involuntarily stopped myself from ejaculating.

I used to get a wet dream even 7 days in an abstinence period, now I haven't had one for 60 days monk mode.

Kegels will probably make PE worse, Reverse kegels may help with PE.

You should not masturbate at all.

Premature ejaculation is highly correlated to wet dreams by the way.

@ultrafabber Why do you think wet dreams are not normal? Young men going through puberty have wet dreams often, and they only stop once the male starts engaging in masturbation or regular ejaculation with a partner. It's the bodies way of releasing excess sperm and making sure everything's working down there. It happens often to adult men who have not had sexual contact or ejaculation for a while. Many addicts often do not get wet dreams ever during their addiction or after their recovery because their bodies have "forgotten" how to have one; there was no need to release semen or "test the pipes" because of the constant ejaculation from PMO. I understand that excess semen is absorbed by the body after a while and that wet dreams can be avoided, but there is no science or even consensus on porn addiction forums that wet dreams are bad. Ejaculation and orgasm are not what we're looking to eliminate; we're looking to eliminate the neural pathways in our brain wired to P and M, and direct those pathways toward healthy sexual relationships and acts.

@Doupleastronaut This is what the porn addiction and sexual health experts at the siet Your Brain on Porn think about wet dreams https://www.yourbrainonporn.com/rebooting-porn-use-faqs/what-about-wet-dreams-and-porn-dreams/ . I cannot tell why you are having so many wet dreams, mostly because I am not a doctor of medicine aha. However, most guys with porn addictions never get wet dreams, so this may be a good sign that you are recovering. Males our age who do not PMO or have frequent sexual contact have reported having wet dreams. In the second week of my reboot, I had a very intense erotic dream which woke me up, but there was no orgasm. It's very normal, and what the medical community considers healthy.
Touching a girl or sexual object in a dream or having a liquid or vibrant object touch your penis is a common thread in wet dreams, so again, normal stuff going on.
Reverse kegel exercises, if I am remembering correctly, have been known to help with premature ejaculation. However, doing these wrong can make the PE worse, so I would do a lot of research, and then talk to your doctor or a sex therapist about kegel/reverse kegel exercises. I am currently researching kegels and their reverses since I am having trouble with keeping 100% erections when changing positions in sex, frequent urination, and just very tight pelvic floor muscles. I am in the same boat as you .
PE has many causes, and its often hard to tell in young men. Some causes are sexual anxiety, a tight pelvic floor, conditioning from porn to finish as fast as possible, and many other reasons. Here's what the experts at YBOP think about that https://www.yourbrainonporn.com/reb...mature-ejaculation-pe-related-to-my-porn-use/ . It will likely take some self-examination to figure out what your particular issue is.

too many wet dreams (1 every 4 days) stop the reboot.

what do you think of slow masturbation to get my body used to not having an orgasm quickly? in this way I could stop wet dreams

Lmao idk if you've looked into it, but almost everyone is pretty sure that wet dreams do not slow or reset your recovery. People have been having wet dreams for hundreds of years and they were fine. Check these out to see what people say about wet dreams:
    https://www.yourbrainonporn.com/rebooting-porn-use-faqs/what-about-wet-dreams-and-porn-dreams/

Don't worry about the wet dreams. They aren't slowing you down aha. Yes, you may feel moody, horny, or just not great because of the wet dream. After orgasm, neurochemicals are released into the brain to make you feel lethargic and grumpy. This happens after regular orgasm too. However, since this is a natural body process where you're not trying to have an orgasm and there's no PMO involved, it's not gonna slow your reboot
Just don't worry about the wet dreams bro aha. They're not bad.

PE is not your problem with wet dreams. In a wet dream, your subconscious builds up arousal, like a regular sexual encounter, and then orgasms. You personally cannot tell how long you're lasting in the wet dream. I'm not sure why you think you have PE though at all. If you're having sex with girls and finishing wayy to quickly, you may have PE, but from what you've told me you're fine. You shouldn't worry about wet dreams and it's probably not connected to your PE, if you have it.

I am really confused about your situation. Idk if you've done a reboot or if you're doing one now. Can you please write out some details of why you think you have PA, what you're symptoms have been, your progress in a reboot, and your history with wet dreams? That would be great in figuring out your situation. A guy who just did a 150 hard-mode reboot and is having PE and wet dreams constantly will have different reasons for having these problems that a random guy who showed up on this site asking about wet dreams

1_I am 352 days of reboot.
2_ I think I have ep because my dreams occur with a certain frequency. moreover, in my dreams I only need to touch or see a girl to have an orgasm (wet dreams).
now I'm in the reboot phase where I can only masturbate using the feeling (no porn, no fantasy).
as I said I had at least 50 wet dreams in my reboot.
I have a lot of experience in these things.
I'm sure that a wet dreams slows down the reboot of at least 4 days (so stop saying that they do not slow down reboot because minds, even yourbrainonporn in this topic has expressed itself saying "I do not know".
3_ why is there a relationship between ep and wet dreams?
I have accustomed my body to have an orgasm in a short time, therefore with an erection of little duration.
During my reboot my morning wood lasted longer and longer ... until it lasted too long compared to what I was used to when I was doing pmo. moreover, since sexual dreams happen in the morning my body has an orgasm, because my erection can not last long (compared to the sexual dream)

    1. Ok you are saying ep, do you mean premature ejaculation, aka PE?

    2. Orgasming from wet dreams in the manner you describe (simply being touched by a girl) is very very normal. Just being touched is a common thread in many wet dream accounts. This has nothing to do with how well you would last in bed with a real woman. A wet dream is your mind "thinking" itself into having an orgasm. It is of a completely different kind of orgasm compared to one where your penis is stimulated. Wet dreams come from the mind only, while normal orgasms come from the mind and dick.

    3. Ok, there is debate amongst the NoFap as to if wet dreams are bad. Most people, including the experts, lean towards they aren't bad because they don't reinforce PMO; they're simply the body doing its thing. You have no control over it, and it doesn't wire your brain to porn, so they don't think it's bad. Remember, there is no hard science for anything on NoFap. It's all just conjecture and anecdotal. The reboot has near the same validity as the wet dream info. People on this site are so extremely focused on just not watching P or Ming or Oing that they believe any type of this behavior is completely bad. There are other things just as important as the reboot for getting rid of addiction.

    4. How long your erections last have no hold on how fast you cum. Losing your erection/erection going down does not equal orgasm. How long your erections last is a mix of how strong your PC muscles are and how arousing you find whatever stuff is in front of you. How long you last is a matter of how sensitive (or insensitive) your penis is, anxiety levels, and often if you've conditioned yourself to cum quick. They are pretty unrelated.

    5. You keep saying you have PE, but have you tried having sex with a girl? Coming quick from PMO (or from wet dreams as you say, although I don't believe this is true) doesn't matter.

    6. You say you're deep in a reboot, and you're having frequent wet dreams, so I think you might be cured mate. If you want the wet dreams to stop, you gotta release the cum somehow. If you're this deep in a reboot, go get your dick sucked or have some sex haha. That'll be sure to empty the tank. Guys who do not watch porn and who go long times without ejaculating from M or another person have wet dreams. in the context of a reboot, their beneficialness is debated; but for all other guys wet dreams are normal man haha. Go have some sex. It seems you are mostly cured of PA. You've unwired your brain from P, so now you must rewire it back to women so you never fall back into the PMO hole again. I completed my reboot and now I'm rewiring my brain with my gf. If you come quick with a girl, or don't get 100% hard the first time, that's ok, it happens a lot. I was around 70% hard my first time after reboot, and it took me a long time to come. Now, after several times, I'm doing perfect. Seriously, I think you're done, go have some sex

    1_ yes, EP = PE

4_ Yesterday I masturbated and I can assure to have PE, because I could have an orgasm after a short time (as soon as I reached full erection, I was about to have orgasm). BUT because I have to train my body / brain to have an orgasm after a long time of masturbation or sex, I lasted 32 minutes (Sometimes I took breaks and touched my penis for not having an orgasm). during masturbation I often lost my erection

5_ no, but yesterday I masturbated

6_ yes, I agree with you

    4. Okay bro you do not have PE if you last for more than 30 minutes during PMO. You have PE if you last more than 30 minutes during actual sex. The sensations, speed, and movements during sex are completely different than those during PMO. Even getting a handjob from someone else feels very different than PMO, and both of these feel very different from sex. You can't judge how long you'll last during sex based on how long you last during PMO. Don't say you have PE unless you last too long in bed.

Coming from a guy who thinks anyone and everyone with any problems related to PMO should do a 90 day hardmode reboot, I really think you should go try having sex. Based on your numbers for the reboot, the wet dreams, and the belief that you cum very quickly, you are more than likely good to go for sex. Ik you Med yesterday, but many guys masturbate after their reboots for a while before going into consistent sex and turn out fine. I wouldn't encourage more MO, but once every week or two shouldn't shouldn't hurt you too much, as long as it's soft, slow, using lube, and without porn. I can see you're 20 like me, so I would highly suggest getting on Tinder or going to a party or meeting some girls. Having consistent sex after a reboot helps wire your brain to real people and away from girls.

Again, you don't know if you have PE unless you cum quick with a girl. You should go try it out to see if you do. If you do have PE, then we know where to start over. If you don't, then happy banging

Wet dreams are completely normal. You're SUPPOSED to get them when you stop orgasming for prolonged periods of time, even as an older male. There's a problem if you don't.

ehhh...yeah that seems like kinda a lot. Your prostate and seminal vesicles are definitely full to the brim, especially after so long without a waking ejaculation. I haven't had sex in about a week, and I can already feel the "fullness", and almost a weight in my dick and balls.

I think you should definitely get some help draining yourself with a lady friend. Go to a bar or a party, get on Tinder, hit up an ex, anything. Orgasming with a person consistently will 100% reduce the frequency of your wet dreams or stop them altogether. It's also gonna feel fucking fantastic. My first orgasm after a reboot was one of the most intense feelings in my life. Developing healthy orgasm and sexual habits with another person will really help speed up your recovery. Just don't PMO, or you'll have to start from step 1 again, which would suck after the reboot you've accomplished. Additionally, if you rewire yourself to real people, your mind will porn less and less attractive over time.

If you feel very concerned about it, go ask a doctor. They'll know more than probably everyone on this site aha. Hope it works out
