    HERE "PRECUM" that is only due to watching artificial arousal ( porn, p substitute,fantasy etc)
    **NOT NATURAL PRECUM**

    Wet dream-(no effect)

    Slight precum-(no effect )

    Normal Precum -(minus 1 day from streak)

    ALOT precum-Huge urge to fap,but didnt -(-3 day)

    Fapped(without porn ) - (-10 days)

    Fapped (with porn )- (-20 days)

    Multiple Fap(Binged) - Relapse & Reset


    This will help those who watch some arousing scenes and then they think they are back to day 1 and DECIDE TO FAP AND START ALL OVER AGAIN .....dont do this.... just follow above rule

    My all relapse occur because when ever i watch any thing arousing even for 5 mins then i start thinking i am back to zero so whynot fap multiple time and start my streak again.... so i thought why not subtract days so that I dont relapse again and again

    Mate, a streak only means (by definition) an uninterrupted period of time where you stayed clean. What defines a relapse is up for any person to individually decide, but one does not just deduct from a streak, it wouldn't be a streak then. All in all, it's just a number, its only meaning is how long you actually stayed PMO free, its only relevance is due to various withdrawal/reboot symptoms happening pretty much at the same intervals after a relapse. Sure, you can call it a streak if it makes you feel better, but it has 0 meaning if you do this.
    The problem is people feel very let down after tending to a big number, and then "losing" it. That's not the point, the point is that today, you do all you can not to give in to temptation. Then tomorrow comes, and it becomes today. Today, you do all you can not to give in to temptation.
