I would say it was wrong, you're craving the feeling you get from that. But dont worry, you coming here is showing that you're concerned and you have the right thought in mind. Check out the emergency relapse prevention tool under the 'Rebooting' thread, I also just watched a few videos on youtube by 'The Sacred Sexuality Project, and it really helped.. I think meditation maybe pretty cool thing to try as he suggests. PM me if you have the urge again!

Oh forgot to mention, I just PMO'd about an hour ago lol

I would say that it calls for a reset. But that's okay, you are making progress. I wish you the best of luck. :)

yeah I tried protecting all the sites on my phone and laptop, but it didnt really work, it blocks a lot of the material I work with even though its totally unrelated to porn, so Ive had to just take it off, and not to mention... I knew the password ha ha ha

Self control is really a great key.
I am thinking about giving up TV as it steals a lot of time and just watch the game (NBA) sometimes!
Besides that I eat a fruit or two daily and lowered my junk food intake!
I study more now but sometimes feel the burnout. So what I have decided is to give up TV and put that time in sleep. Hope this works out.

Yeah I dont watch TV, Im a student so inevitably I study a lot.. but I find this is a key trigger to PMO because Im sitting in my room, alone with my laptop. I think finding a hobby is definetely a help, I do a lot of exercise and play Rugby, if Im in my room I just do sit ups if I feel an urge, I'd suggest finding something more proactive than sleep to replace TV hours though, is it possible to go for a 5-10 minute jog or just a walk outside? or cook your family/friends a meal? you like NBA why not shoot some hoops or something?

No hoops here! Where I'm from people dont even know what NBA is! No friends here play basketball so I just do some push-ups till my arms give out. But I will sure give it a try! :)
