what my addiction cost me

    my addiction to hentai took control of me. on may day 6 urges were so strong that i was surprised how much this addiction has power over me and i relapsed 4 times.

    this addiction only gave me shame, anxiety, self hatred, headaches etc.

    this time tomorrow i will do meditation every morning as well as cold shower morning as well as afternoon. i hate that i am losing interest in real women because of this fucking addiction

    now i feel scared that i will never remove this shit addiction from my life.
    i dropped anime as well as manga but this mouth to finally make a difference in my life and get hentai shit out of my life for good.

    i know the urges will return with a vengeance and way stronger then before.

    Hey man, porn is such a gripping thing, and honestly it is hell. I know the pain and frustration that you are feeling, being "over this" addiction seems like such an impossibility to me and I am sure that you feel the same way. I am not gonna tell you what to do or even give you advice because I am obviously not the best at that haha, but I will say that I am here for ya. If you need me, keep in touch.
