I see. I feel exactly the same, don't push yourself too hard because progress comes gradually. My advice is remember to come back here everytime you relapse and try to avoid PMO as much as possible, especially porn.

Hello, friend. Sounds like you might be struggling with something called HOCD (Homosexual Obsessive Compulsive Disorder). HOCD is not a diagnosis or a disease. Rather, it's a set of symptoms where a heterosexual person obsesses over their own sexuality (often worrying about the prospect of possibly being gay) and compulsively checks their own sexuality (maybe by watching gay porn to see if they get turned on, checking out men in public to see if they can get an erection, or masturbating while thinking about women to see if they are still turned on by women). It's a really common thing for porn addicts to experience, and you're not alone. I went through it myself after I had been clean from porn for a few months.

My advice is just to stop worrying about it so much. You're still just at the beginning of your NoFap journey, and it's going to take some time to heal. When you find yourself obsessing over your sexuality, take a deep breath, identify the thought for what it is, and then move on to something else.

Also, when things calm down, ask yourself this question: it sounds like you want to just be horny for women. How does freaking out about your situation help you in that respect? Does obsessing over the matter suddenly make you more attracted to women? Do you frequently check if you can get erections when thinking about women? Do you frequently question your own sexuality? How does it make you feel when you do those things?

I think that if you ask yourself those questions and you seriously reflect on your own answers to them, you'll realize that there's nothing wrong with you, and that you're really just getting in the way of your own peace of mind. You know who you are. You know you're a heterosexual male, and that's not likely to change after you've already hit puberty. Just relax and focus on other things. Learn how to let the obsessive, panicked thoughts about your own sexuality pass through you like a pack of wild animals passing through a field. Don't hold on to those thoughts. Let them happen, and then let that shit go.

Hey man I’m 17 and going through it as well it really sucks cause I’m almost 100% it was because of my porn addiction although I never watched gay or transwoman only straight and lesbian. It’s because of being used to porn and ur brain just freaks out if you want to talk more message me. I could use someone else who has this to talk with tbh
