    You're right we have to remove what causes our urges and for me that's reddit, i already got rid of my social media a long time ago but now I just need to get rid of Reddit and it should make it much easier

    Congrats to you for hitting 20 days man... I had a long 10 days after of no urges... but when day 35 came around I got barraged. Just be wary, there will be warning signs when the urges come around. In my two streaks that were over a month, I had a long period of no urges and then got absolutely bombarded by them. I think over a month of no P your brain is on a last ditch attempt to give it it's fix, or else it is forces to change. You need to treat after the first month like the first 10 days, do whatever it takes. I reckon after 60 days the urges will not be as intense again and much more manageable. Good luck

    Day 1 done.

    Was so exhausted couldn't really think about anything. Went straight to sleep. I wrote a message yesterday but nobody replied. We are here to help one another and A person can't go it alone.

    I have a question for you guys. When you are doing something in the evening, maybe just chilling or doing assignments etc, and the thought of PMO literally comes out of nowhere and your heart starts racing and all you want is PMO, how do you guys cope, i have tried to sit calmly and talk myself out of but it hardly works. Even tried walking around, how do you guys tackle that? Really appreciate it

    Yea I understand that, I get this a lot. I tend to just force myself not to use any internet devices, and watch Netflix downstairs on Amazon fire stick (that I cannot PMO on as other people are around and I don't own it) or play a video game. Something to take my mind off it.
     
  10. I see what you saying man. While I was playing my PS4 all of a sudden I had these porn thoughts pop in my head, but it was a lot easier to resist this time. The trigger might have actually been a picture of girls in a bikinis that I saw on quora, but regardless you're right that the brain is trying to get it's last attempt to get it's fix. Now I gotta prepare for day 30 and so on.

    Bedtime in around two hours. Using the forum really helps. I used to just read,but writing has a better effect in terms of accountability. Hopefully i make it to day 4, and by tomorrow report in that i've made it!
