I just experienced a sudden change in mood such as low libido, loss of concentration and anxiety after catching a sexual ad accidently from a tv series. I know this isn't a relapse as it was only for 2 sec and it wasn't my intent to view them at all but I felt different and horrible after the incident. Is this start of a flatline? I've never experienced something like this.

  2. It's just part of recovery not so much flatline.

How much time do you have?

  4. Ok then you're in a good spot. You're starting to change and for a brief moment you got triggered and that fired your anxiety because you've been telling your brain "I don't want to look at this anymore ".

Understand that everything is ok but be extra vigilant because the brain might want to see more in the next few days

I don't know if that is a flatline or not.

But if you accidentally see a triggering pic/video, no need to worry. That's just how this world is, temptation are everywhere..

Just immediately look away when you see one and you'll be fine. But if started to you enjoy it, fantasize too long about it then getting aroused by it, then that's when you look too long which will slow down your process..
