    Hey Everyone , my name is Mosa . I'm 21 years old male . I was about 13 years old when I adopt masturbation and watching porn from bad people , it was my mistake . Now I have spent 6-7 years in this habit . I figured out it has some serious side effect so I decided to stop , I don't want this ugly habit to shape my life , I stopped for a while then I relapsed .
    I want to stop PM so I joined nofap

    You're doing great by joining this site, there is alot of support here. Since you're just starting there is alot to learn. Be patient with yourself, live and forgive yourself because there are alot of pitfalls
