NoFap Distraction Guide.

    So I been reading a lot of your posts and I see a pattern popping up every time with every single user on here. YOU DON'T HAVE ANYTHING TO DO!

    This is the 100% nofap distraction guide.

    Morning- start your day by hopping into a cold shower!
    Fun Fact: cold showers curb your sexual dependancy, boost happiness, kill depression, and directs blood flow away from the skin and to the organs to boost metabolism to lose weight and heal and repair muscle tissue and makes them stronger. plus makes your skin super healthy! TAKE THAT COLD SHOWER, DON'T BE A PUSSY!

    once your shower is complete dry off, brush your teeth, and comb your hair, shave( if you shave, I don't ) and have a poop, then get dressed and wear good looking clothes that make you feel like a million bucks. your all set to head out into the world.

    once your all clean, it's time to clean your room and make your bed, that way you wont need to do it after. once that is all done head to the kitchen and eat a big breakfast.
    Fun Fact: Eating breakfast in the morning boost energy levels making you more alert when doing tasks such as office work or dangerous work and dangerous work is awesome because we are MEN...and women too lol didn't forget about you ladies :D

    Warning! the food you eat in the morning defines the amount of energy you will have, example if you eat breads and processed foods you will be sluggish throughout the day, you may not feel it but apposed to eating a bowl of fruit and nuts such as almonds, cashews, berries, oranges, apples, grapes and so on the difference is staggering.

    now go about your day like a bad ass.

    Lunch- have a healthy lunch not a energy bar because those are loaded with garbage proteins that your body can't fully absorb. instead eat a salad with chicken or beef make sure it's grass fed and not oat fed or anything else because grass fed animals are more healthy and you get back more vitamins from them. and don't eat any beans because beans are a toxic food that humans can absorb but it still does still fuck us up. this is health class 101 people.

    Right now some of you are saying "but Dorian! this is just a meal plan." You're only half right, The meal plan boosts brain function thus leading to a happy outlook, energy filled, healthy life. When your happy and healthy your in control of your impulses. thus leading to a very very easy 90 - forever nofap challenge.

    Supper- For supper have a steak but don't use fats such as butter or margarine to fry it with use olive oils or other plant oils like sunflower oil! oils lube up your organs so you can digest properly, absorb, lube your joints and pass food without hurting your digestive tract or your ass.

    and always remember 2 large glasses of water in the morning to activate your organs after your shower. then 1 every time before you eat because over eating does harm your digestion and if you over fill you lose A SHIT TON of nutrients. so you might as well be swallowing air.

    The best way to stay preoccupied is to make a list of things to do! like mow the lawn, do a work out, scare the shit out of your kids just for the LULZ and so on. also limiting the amount of time you are on the computer helps block outside distractions so you're not tempted to punch in the password on K9 blocker and ruin your challenge.

    Go out and have fun Because you only live once!

    Don't be a slave to the monster between your legs people.

    explore, make a bucket list and fucking go ape shit with it have so much fun that you become addicted to life as you were to your junk.

  2. Haha, good plan, Mr. Gray, but I must protest: beans are not toxic if they are prepared right. The poison in beans (which are also present in high concentrations in grains and nuts, especially peanuts)is called lectin and it is present in some concentration in all plant foods. Plants use it to protect themselves. The lectin ricin, from the castor bean, is in fact used in biological warfare.

    That sounds pretty bad, right? Especially for someone like me who is a vegan and relies on beans for his protein. Fortunately there are plenty of ways to prepare beans to remove the majority of lectins prior to ingesting them (one should never eat raw beans). Sprouting reduces lectins by metabolizing the lectin in the seed coat. Soaking, while not as good as sprouting, also reduces lectin levels, while fermenting is probably the best method (though the most lengthy), and converts many of the most harmful substances in beans. Tofu, miso, soy sauce and natto are fermented bean (soy) products.

    I would also add to your distraction guide: laughing. If you feel tempted, just laugh. Laughter makes us feel happy and well, even if its fake. It will certainly do away with any bored, depressed feeling that usually precede a desire to PMO.

    NICE Guide man!! Still struggling with things to do.. Like I do it for 2-3 weeks then I stop. Gotta be constant. This is the mentality that will make you successful to complete the 90 days.



    Ill tell you what...regarding laughing. One of the biggest deterrents for me has been making PMOing seem ridiculous.. So if like if close friend that knows about what I am doing on this site, is like "so whats the plan today?" I would say something like "idk i think im gonna watch some 50 porn videos and call it a day hahaha" and laugh together with my friend about the idea. A couple of times for my own amusement I told my ex who has been very supportive that "I fucked up and saw 80 videos in one day, as well as fapped 10 times." just to get her reaction then be like "kidding! hahahah"

    Eh... This is a little weird now that I write it down. But hey it worked for me lol.

    Honestly I think a good way for me to avoid PMO is to game on violent long ass games like skyrim and borderlands. just go all out achievement hunting.

    PMO is ridiculous. Spending all that time wasting your life and energy... only someone in the grips of an addiction could do it. You're right, being able to laugh at it makes it seem sort of trivial and powerless, with a corresponding boost in power and self-confidence.

    Here are some laughing alone techniques if anyone is interested. I know the vid is really corny and the dude seems like he's wacked out on drugs... but if you can get by the ridiculousness of it all, it really works!

  7. I take on board the healthy eating. More of a slave to mental weakness. Any tips or tools for exercising the mind throughout the day would be welcome.

    a few things come to mind when boosting mental strength, when faced with a difficult decision to fap or not to fap the best thing is to just limit computer time and fucking stick with it. brain games are fun, do a puzzle maybe riddles or the sherlock method by analyzing everything your doing and give yourself multi answers why and why not. just game and do thinking things always hold yourself accountable for your actions and don't blame other people for the mess your in because no one told you to grab your dick and drain yourself for years, this all falls on us people. im rambling now sorry guys I am tired out lol

    what was i talking about? oh yea focus and mind training, take a page from sherlock holmes that always helps me

    rofls mumchance I loved that video haha that's great! Dorian, great OP! Loved it and got motivated! As far as proven distraction methods, I've found that reading the "newbies" section on this forum is always a good way for me to become re-convinced that I don't need to give into PMO when it's knocking at the door... I'm reminded of how awful it is, and it usually takes the urge away.

    I have a family, so an important distraction for me is being present in the moment, with my kids and wife. If you are truly involved, they take up an immense amount of time and energy.

    1. It is a term that is degrading towards women.
