Hi Everyone, I'm trying to scale back a lot of the negative, time-wasting activities in my life such as drinking, nicotine, porn, social media, etc. As I get further into this journey though I'm realizing that I really don't have many things that interest me besides working out. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
Just try different things and see what sticks. I would recommend something active to keep you (1)healthy (This could be any sport, rock climbing, running, etc but if you like working out its probably enough), (2)something creative (drawing, writing, a musical instrument/production, etc) and (3) something that makes you money (stock investment, poker, streaming, coding, bloggin etc). I do think reading (non-fiction) is something everyone should do tho. It's healthy for the brain and you don't have to do too much. I try to read between 5-12 pages a day. It's not overwhelming and its pretty enjoyable to learn something new everyday.
I'll list my hobbies, maybe you'll try one . . . Music Production Baseball/Softball/Basketball Reading Writing poetry/Short stories
