Daily Intention Thread : "Today, I am... + POSITIVE AFFIRMATION"

Today I will spend more time in a prayer on thanking God.

 

Today I am going to be a productive member of society.

 

This morning I woke up feeling fresh, clear and happy. This state of mind was and continues to be worth fighting for...a permanent feeling as opposed to the transient, fleeting and artificial feeling PMO gives.

 

Today i'm facing my fears of failure and rejection by spending less time procrastinating, i've also become vegan as of yesterday and will fight PMO addiction till i hit the flatline.

 

Today I was not that strong but tomorrow I will be even more! As long as I don't fail it is okay to be weak sometime!

 

Today I am going to stay focused.

 

The day is almost over.
Its better to practice Quigong than to PMO.
I learn so much cause I do other fulfilling Things, I found interest in things. Art, theatre.

 

Today has been an awesome day...I'm not gonna mess it up now!!!

 

I'm on 15/365. I'll try my best.

 

Today I did not and will not relapse I hope I can do better I want to make myself someone I can respect

 

Today I work hard to support this great society we live in.

Mental clarity, a vegan breakfast and the fact that I will Go to Quigong in a few Minutes are reasons Not to fap.

 

I will not use porn today, because it's a busy day, there is no time.

 

Today I will spend more wisely my day than yesterday (go to bed earlier, less time on the internet in general).

 

Today I can control myself

 

Today i am home and happy to be healthy

 

Today I am laying the stones for my future path.
Getting a gym membership that keeps me from spending time in front of the PC and allows my body a healthy dose of endorphines.

 

Today I am choosing real freedom and long lasting pleasure.

 

Today I am helping family through a tough time. And I refuse to turn to PMO for an escape.
