    To get the counter, go to settings option on top right. Then go to My settings->Edit Signature to set the counter..

    Hey guys, good to see that a lot of people joined us! Here's an update on my part as I haven't been able to be active on the forum for the last couple of days.

    I'm currently at my 7th day of no PMO and I must admit that it feels great so far. Of course it is not always easy and at some times it feels like I'm missing something, which is strange because at the same time I realize that it made me feel bad afterwards.

    When I'm having a difficult time I found it to be very helpful to go out and do stuff (visiting friends, family etc. just anything to get out there). I'm also going for a morning run each day and spend more time at the gym! Because of this I have a lot more energy which makes it way easier to get out of bed in the morning (without the 'usual' PMO'ing first).

    People around me also took notice of my increased energy and positive vibes, so there are definitely some improvements there. There's also some change between me and my GF, as she feels I'm more passionate during our quality time (as I'm not doing hardmode), maybe because I used to be drained from excessive PMO? Needless to say, it already feels better and I can definitely see this is having a positive effect on our relationship on the long term.

    Hope my experiences so far will help you to successfully continue your journeys!

    Sweet, thanks guys. Since starting on this journey I'be relapsed a few times but joining this group is a step that I'm confident will help me succeed.
    Only on day 3 so far but I'm already getting urges. They're not too difficult to ignore yet, we'll see how she goes in the next few days.
