Day - 5

 

Day 5. Hasn't been the most productive day but I bought a Claddagh ring and it's making me feel romantic today. I didn't realize it until right now, but I may be able to use it as a reminder that I do wish to be more romantic. But it's very clear that using PMO has kept me from seeking out romantic relationships. I'd love to change that. Less than a week before I go out of town now. I know I'd be amazingly gutted if I gave in to PMO before then, so I'll be working very very hard on it this week.

Do yourself a favor if you're on this journey--get off Instagram, Reddit, and anything else that could trigger a relapse. I had been scrolling through all that stuff for days and it finally caught up to me

Day 6. I'm feeling pretty frustrated to be home right now and it's definitely getting to me with PMO. I need to move out so badly but my roommate won't be ready for a few months. Trying not to let it get to me today...
