After the 3 day challenge finished the 7 day!
It's a lot harder than I thought. Startin 14 days now and might start a journal.
But first I think I'll wear myself out by running 5 km. Pfffg

Most of yesterday went OK but urges went crazy in the evening. Hit them with a cold shower and still in the challenge.

Day 7!! It's been quite a while since I made it this far and I'm feeling really good about it! I've set myself up well to make it another week after this, so I'm going to start the 14 day challenge now and try to make it three weeks in a row. I think that would be truly significant if I could make it that far and continue afterward. Good luck everyone!
