Feeling Sensations

    Im over 300 days into my recovery and I am feeling sensations like I havnt felt in a long time. I think this is due to the regular dopamine and serotonin in my brain. It feels like stuff like walking around outside feels good. I can feel the air hitting me and it feels good. You know what I mean? I feel like i was numbed of these simple pleasures before. Can anyone else attest to this?

    Pmo puts a fog over your mind and heart, it numbs you, takes your emotions away. I started getting my feelings back also recently, when i listen to music i get chills up my spine, even without music i get it, and when i look out side nature just looks so beautiful, i just am a more sensitive, compassionate person now.

    Same here. But be careful, that does not mean we recovered, we still in danger zone to relapse.
