True, I think quitting PMO is not for everyone. There are people that want to have porn in their relationship for example. I think the greatest factor for motivation for guys are when they hit rock bottom and just cant get their "mojo" to function. Thats when you desperatly start (most do) to seek for answers.

It is definitely spreading... but when you have stuff happen like a few weeks ago where bullcrap headlines say "there is no such thing as porn addiction" it will take some time to clean up the mess.

For anyone who is interested. A critique of that review was posted and it showed that David Ley and his team did not do a legit "review of the available literature on porn addiction". As they:

    1) omitted many studies
    2) misrepresented the content of many of the studies they did cite
    3) contained about 10 citations that had nothing to do with the text
    4) made a complete mess of addiction neuroscience (claiming that the only real addictions are to opiates, and that you need gay rats to study porn addiction)
    5) and so much more (read it)

If you got the time I suggest reading this to see how bogus those headlines really were.

  5. There are more articles I found today on the Internet. I believe the word is spreading.

The original link is broken. It’s a shame, I’d like to have read that.

Well, the UK are now looking to introduce a law where it basically restricts access to underage individuals.

A step in the right direction.
