Day 1. Been pretty social at work and studying with friends today and it's kept the urges down quite a bit. I'll be going out later, so we'll see if things stay that way. Didn't get quite as much done as I hoped, but I've still got two more days before I go out of town.

 

Day 1.
Actualy going to bed right now just wanted to check the forums before sleeping.

It has been a awful day. My jealousy has been taunting me incredably much today. I can just fire up a few sites and be done with it but i won't!

It's OK. This happens. Happened to me many of the times. Try again till you succeed. Having a routine helps.

One week is passed. Now I'm taking the next challenge with 14 days.

1/14 Starting with NoFAP again, hope this time it will be for forever.

 

ALmost there, I keep going. Today in the morning I've won with the urge.

 

sorry guys i relapsed today. i don't know what happened to me..it was like a sudden urge..and i did it..so again i am starting it.
