My name is Callaf and i’m strugling with my lust.
Today im going to tell you aboud my story . Details of how i was introduced to PMO.
First of all,im very religious, and musturbation and vusialisation of nudity is prohibited in all worldwide religions.
So i read a Quran ,and decided to quit PMO, and be a virgin until marriage.
However i started to quit PMO only from 17 years old.
I was a porn addict since i was 10 years old ,my classmate showed my porno after school, then i started to practise masturbation on porn i had a anal sex fetish, God Forgive for this . It was years of humiliation and disgrace .
I was a outsider in every company i was . For instance, nobody at school or kindergarten wanted to be my friend ,this is a negative conseguence of masturbation.
It was continued until my 17th.
I searched an information about nofap on the internet day after my birthday and read all books related to Nofap, First my streek wasn’t successful, it was only 35 days . Second streek was better 3 month, but i relapsed and went to binge for about 2 mont
After that my Father gave me Quran,and i Become a muslim. I started to pray to the God and lead healty lifestyle. Because of that.I quit masturbation since 18:06.2018, which is 8+ month clean( it was the happiest time of life)
But every good time ends , 11.03.19 i watched porn and relapsed, it was accident, but i feel guilty for it . It was by chance ,but i could predict and prevent it.
Now i registered to Nofap ,with only one intention-to Quit PM forever and be a better version of my self !

I feel now like shit
