16 days into NoFap, something incredible happened this morning (and my journey)

I had a dream last night. In the dream, some people were trying to stop me meeting my grandpa, I was arguing with them and finally I met him, he was so kind and loving. My grandpa passed away 16 years ago when I was a 6-year-old kid, he is always a benevolent figure for me.
After I woke up this morning, I sat on a chair, feeling all the emotions coming, and I just sat there and cried and cried. I feel sadness, guilt , grief and also the feeling of being alive. (I can't visit grandpa's grave because it's on the other side of the world)
Things like this never happened to me. Before doing NoFap, I live more or less like a zombie. My emotions are buried deep down and I always try to run away from the bad emotions.

I started PM at around 7 years ago, the frequency decreased over time from around 7/week to around 2/week.

Some benefits that I noticed in 16 days:
1. Emotions are coming back, I feel more alive than before. I face the emotions instead of running away from them.
2. My eye contact with people got better. (This one is really obvious for me)
3. The thoughts in my mind changed from negative to positive. (Super obvious, from "what if ........" to "you can do it !")
4. Increased confidence.
5. More self-disciplined.
6. More energy than before. (I can lift heavier in the gym)

The 16 days weren't easy for me but it's so worth it.

I don't want to watch porn anymore and I never will.
