Hey, My name is John, I'm 17 years old, and I came to this forums to get help on stopping masturbation... I dont even know what and how I got started, but now I'm trying to stop it.. And my way of masturbating is so difficult to overcome, because I dont just watch a porn site social media or something... and I dont masturbate for seeing hidden organs of people and stuff... I masturbate and extract orgasm for a very ordinary and funny thing: people feet...... And I am ashamed to say this but mainly women's feet..... And I never use any site to masturbate. I use my imagination. Like I imagine that someone walked in the door with a type of shoe which their feet is visible, and just by imagining it, I extract orgasm or masturbate.... I masturbated like crazy 4-5 times a DAY for 3 MONTHS, but after a while I started to experience weak memory, lost in motivation, was in depression was angry to everyone... So I said my self: ENOUGH! But I still didnt stop completely. I stopped for 1 week, and after that I masturbated 3 times for 1 week (not day luckily). But I want to get rid of this damn addiction which interrupts my educational life.... so I hope this forums help me to get back to normal life without any issues...
And let me explain how I started to masturbate just by looking at people's feet....
some years ago, I started to experience something called as foot fetish. Like I couldnt control it, and looked at women's feet for no reason. I just looked, didnt masturbate and stuff. But I just liked looking at them. But after a while out of nowhere I masturbated somehow just by looking at someone's feet....
