Bro, it has scenes from porn sites and very graphic sexual content. I would recommend not watching it or atleast watching a censored version if available...

I went to see it at the cinema with friends. It is very trigger heavy, so unless you're completely comfortable with it (or so deeply into a binge that it'll only add to it), my advice would be not to watch.

On a personal level, I feel that the fact I did go see it a while ago and the porn in it had little effect on me shows me that it is the MO of the PMO that is the biggest issue for me. P is still a problem and can be a trigger, but only in the wrong circumstances. Usually, the urge to MO gets me looking at P, rather than the other way around. But I know we're all different, and the vast majority of people here PMO rather than MPO. As I say, that's more a personal account of explaining how I Watche the movie and remember no adverse effects.

That is a great movie about objectification of women and all that. Like others have said it has some highly triggering content and nudity in it so be careful. Leave your dicks at home to go see this one.

Guys you will definitly learn something from it. Triggers are everywhere. You can't hide. Face it. Be alert. Protect yourself.

I watched it with my wife. It was a great way for her to see just what exactly this addiction is about. Not only is it a great movie, but it opened up a dialog between me and my wife about the issue.

More movies seem to have this issue at the forefront recently. Don Jon, another is Men, Women & Children and more on the sex addiction side of things is Shame. All realistic and good movies, but be warned that all of them at different points do have triggers

Don Jon is a pretty good film. There are many triggers like many have stated. I've watched it twice and each time it was in the end of a horrible binge, so my brain was used to the porn and I wasn't triggered. I was actually disgusted and the film gave me some temporary motivation to quit.

Also, don't forget the Thanks for Sharing, which is about sex and porn addiction too. It has triggers too, but not so much I think. Good movie.

Haha, i enjoyed this film. But like Chris1052 said. It objectifies women a lot and has many triggers. Not worth watching if you are rebooting.
