It does matter tremendously. If you relapse, you must do everything in your power to keep the number low. A relapse mustn't be an excuse to follow it with a binge. If you slip up, get back to your streak immediately. No waiting. No "I'm just gonna empty what I got". No "One more time doesn't matter now anyways". None of this crap. It's just an illusion you keep telling yourself in order to justify your actions to yourself.

To summarize it ones more: If you relapse, don't do it again! Under no cirumstances!

I used to M 3 or 4x in a week. At the begging I failed twice, but then, with a lot of focus and with the experience I had I'm clean for 2 weeks now, and no having big problems, I feel I can keep up until 30 at least, but I'll do it until I can.

I don't understand what you're asking. Why would you fap once before you start a streak? That doesn't make any sense. If you already fapped four times, then you should get your "streak" going as soon as possible. Four times is already a lot. I personally don't even like to view the abstinence as a "streak". The word implies, that there is an end in the future. However, I feel there should be no end of staying away from porn.

So in short again: If you relapse, don't do it again. Get back up immediatly. No need for fapping again (seriously: why tf would you do that anyways, I don't get it) or waiting.

 

You want to do it as little as you possibly can, surely? If you've gone from a four times a day habit to resetting once a fortnight, then that's still great progress. Don't undo your hard work by completely falling down the rabbit hole.
