    Hi.
A few month ago. I gave up porn for about 2 months. That was great!
Life is really better without porn. I made myself busy and I didn't have time for porn!
but after that I relapsed because of some bad events.
But Now I've really Decided to overcome this addiction.
I'll come and tell you about my progress every 2 or 3 days. Let's build a new life...!:)
    Thank you.

I activated my parental control of my antivirus and I installed a program that gives me complete report about my usage.

    Loneliness is really bad!!!

Have you ever real Twelve Steps?
It's for alcoholics but It's very useful and attractive!
It's also in "A walk among the tombstones".

1.We admitted we were powerless over alcohol—that our lives had become unmanageable.

2.Came to believe that a Power greater than ourselves could restore us to sanity.

3.Made a decision to turn our will and our lives over to the care of God as we understood Him.

4.Made a searching and fearless moral inventory of ourselves.

5.Admitted to God, to ourselves, and to another human being the exact nature of our wrongs.

6.Were entirely ready to have God remove all these defects of character.

7.Humbly asked Him to remove our shortcomings.

8.Made a list of all persons we had harmed, and became willing to make amends to them all.

9.Made direct amends to such people wherever possible, except when to do so would injure them or others.

10.Continued to take personal inventory, and when we were wrong, promptly admitted it.

11.Sought through prayer and meditation to improve our conscious contact with God as we understood Him, praying only for knowledge of His will for us and the power to carry that out.

12.Having had a spiritual awakening as the result of these steps, we tried to carry this message to alcoholics, and to practice these principles in all our affairs.

    Day 8
I faced a big failure in my life. I was very hopeless and upset. (This has no relevance with porn)
and It's going to be worse the day after tomorrow. I'm will be humiliated and lost trust of some people.
But you know. I'm the type of person that if I say I will do something, I'll do it. no matter how. I'll do whatever it takes. and I'll even ready to die for it!! It's not the end until I win.
Sorry for taking your time. Please wish me luck!

    Day 11

    Hi my friends.
I really realized that we are capable of doing everything and we have no limitation!
I understood that if you want to overcome this addiction just do it! Take it easy! Just don't think about porn. That's the key.
Remember you can't just forget it. You should do fill your times with another thing.
For example I go out and walk a little every night and I read book. Do what you like.
    Good Luck.

Being busy is one of the best things to stay away of pmo, eventually time pases and you don't even notice it and then just gets really easy. Sports or exercise are awesome to waste some energy (and anxiety), also reading another experiences and many information about this helps a lot, also never forget why you do this. Anyway, if you already relapsed, happens to everyone i guess, just stay away from what triggered you and you'll be fine. Keep it up mate! Feel awesome when you have some time in this (no pmo)
    Greetings!

    Day 22
It's more then 3 weeks. Sometimes negative thoughts about porn come to my mind but I tell myself "what's the use?" and i try to stop them. Last night that thoughts was coming and I went out and ran a lot, when I came back I was so tired but I overcame on those thoughts!
But after all, Sometimes It's not so easy!!
Thanks for your support friends. when I think about this Forum and your encouragement I become so motivated.

    --------

Work hard for what you want because it won't come to you without a fight. You have to be strong and courageous and know that you can do anything you put your mind to. If somebody puts you down or criticizes you, just keep on believing in yourself and turn it into something positive.
