My first milestone is achieved!! 7/7 days and I just feel freaking awesome! Now I will continue to The 30 day challenge. Everybody whos in this 7 day challenge good luck! I personally think that days 6 and 7 are The hardest so prepare for them. For example I was just really busy today on purpose and it helped me alot.

I haven't posted for a while,sorry me.I was not in a binge, though i did relapse.Even though i have not heard a 7 day pure streak,my PMO session Frequency has decreasd..In The past 15 days .i have done PMO 3 times copared to the common Over 10 times for such a period,accompanied with edging.I am proud of myself,i have not gotten to the level i wish to be but,my life has greatly increased.Confidence and social life is the most natable.I am on my Day 1/7 today.. This time round i will make it.

Day 5 got me testing my PIED. Felt like playing with fire with gasoline in my hands. I feel more confident than before, like if I want to have sex I'll probably be fine. I think by the time I get to the 90 day challange I'll get back to beast mode.
