What's going on?

    I've stopped PMO, smoking and I've started to eat healthier. I'm only at day five but I feel awful and sluggish instead of better in anyway. Did amyone else feel this way in the beginning?

    Yes absolutely. It's withdraws due to the lack of dopamine in your brain. This is completely normal and will reset within 2 to 3 weeks and then you will feel more energy and motivation and happiness than you have for a long time. This happened to me. Just remember to be doing something positive and progressive with this new motivation so that you can ramp it instead of moving from one addiction to the next (social media, oversleeping, youtube, netflix, etc)
