Huge Motivation From This Community

I want to thank all you who are part of this community! Since I discovered this whole NoFap community and other people's experiences and benefits it blew my mind. After I did some research and listened to my own feelings after the last time I did pmo and ejaculated I felt horrible doing that kind of shite. It literally drains the lifeforce and takes your UNLIMITED POTENTIAL from you and all that for a couple of seconds of pleasure. Is it worth it? Totally no! Since then I've been able to change many of my bad habits to life-changing habits. Thanks to all of you! Remember to always help people not only because of you could benefit from it but for the sake of helping and expecting nothing back! That is when you start receiving good things for yourself.
