Fear of Relapse

    I have noticed that I am afraid of relapsing as soon as I get a streak going. I am not sure I should view this as helpful and good motivator, or an emotional pressure that might have negative consequences.
    What do you think?

    Maybe better thing about good things u want to achive and focus on them? Focusing on negative aspects only take good energy from you :) good luck
