Day 14.

I’m surprised I made 2 weeks. My history with PM’s is long and intense and it is no small thing for me to have made it this far. At the same time, it just feels different this time and I actually believe I’m gonna make 90. Calm confidence is a new feeling.

I think it’s very unlikely that you’ll have a revulsion to seeing a real naked woman, especially if you love her and if sex is a continuation of that loving relationship. I hope your reaction was at the thought of meaningless and fake intimacy with an image. I’m hoping my nofap journey has that effect on me anyway.

I can't believe I'm in the thirties.
I had a sexual thought today morning remembering sex with a hooker. My minds is clever. But I think it's my disease reminding me what it used to be like. Not what it should be.
