    Hi all,

    I am 24 years; single. I'm here with a lot of guilt for falling to porn and masturbation again after 19 days of staying clean. It wastes a lot of my time, and I regret a lot as I have a pile of work to do, and lots of debts to pay. Registering an account in NoFap is one of my resolutions in this new fight (I was encouraged to do this by several anti-porn YouTube videos). I also want to be more dedicated to frequenting the lent season practices such as going for religious retreats, doing charitable work, and attending the way of the cross (I'm a catholic). I believe this will help me acquire the lost Graces. If you are reading this, please say a prayer for me, and for the 20,000,000+ people who viewed the porn videos that I was viewing yesterday (I could see the number of hits). Oh, and I'm from Nairobi, Kenya (Its a city spoilt with all sexual malpractices). We really need help.

    Well my friend. You have made a good decision to quite. It is not easy, but with the help of God you can do this. I'm also a Christian and two books that helped me are Suring for God and Everyman's battle. Recommend you read or listen to them. It a Christian based book that give you ways to overcome this addiction. All the best and Know that God is with you every step of the way.
