You won't get rid of wet dreams unless you release them through M or sex. If it ever stops, something is fishy.

    Good Luck

Thanks for your comments. I'm trying to remain upbeat about life. I'll be continuing achieving my goal. Don't care it mainly because It's a natural urge.

I have been waking up alot from sleep the last 5 nights or so. I'm very tired which for me can lead to poor choices and impulsive actions. I've become somewhat obsessed about getting myself in financial shape. I've been in recovery from a gambling addiction for 3 1/2 years. While being so concerned with getting in financial shape I've been neglecting other very important areas of my life. I need to get in balance here.
    Anyway another day. Good night.

  6. 15 days in. My emotions are in a bit of a roller coaster at the moment. The previous day was especially hard with me even shedding tears at one moment due to self pity and a few hours later I was really elated. I know this phase all too well when I am on a long streak. Sometimes it's the start of a chain reaction that leads to a slip or even a relapse but this time I have enough information to stay the course.

It's being a rough day. Strong urges due to some (not intended erotic) reading I did last night. I peeked something, but I'm still with you. Hopefully I'll stay strong for the rest of the day.

The realisation that I haven't watched porn for 37 days now has really stunned me. To everyone who is new on this forum I suggest you to quit porn, still do MO for some time and, when you are satisfied, quit everything for some time. Quitting PMO at the same time is an enormous effort, and an addicted body often doesn't take it well. After just 10/15 days with no PMO, the Brain still has a lot of fantasies to work on, so you'll have a lot of Nocturnal Emissions. To all the new dudes here: take it easy, and if you feel that you can't make it, just have a MO session. After some time, the chaser effect will end, there will be fewer NEs and you'll be able to stop Masturbating, too. Even if you are someone like me, and believe that masturbating is too tiring and useless and that it can bring to Porn usage, don't be afraid to wait some time before quitting PMO completely.

Vigorous exercise makes a big difference in my sleep quality. Just 30 minutes on an elliptical machine at a pretty fast pace with heartbeat 110-125 per minute.

I go through surging emotions at times, usually with anxiety being part of it. If I don't do anything about the situation, it can lead to feeling tormented and crazy. You can let off the pressure by taking control through self-awareness. Sit with the feelings, notice where they are in the body, see how long you can focus your awareness on them and how completely you can feel them. This brings instant improvement for me.
