i have reset the day counter to tomorrow, and from now, yes from right now I'll not do pmo, and anything releted to pmo.

After 10 month fight with PMO not able to go more than 14 days.
Again here for last time now i am going to live without thinkingbabout past and future. I am going to live in present only.

Successfully managed day 0 now i am on day 1. Inshaallah today i will manage to stay positive and pass this day.
Feeling low energy because of last week i Pmoing 21 times in only 8 days so i feel very tired but i am not going to quit.
