    I particularly like your progress. Is your GF chinise?
    BTW, have you heard or semen retention and that reducing the amount of sex that you have can make you, not only more masculine, by increasing your testosterone, but also make you more competitive and and successful. Semen can get reabsorbed into the blood.

    I also have a GF but I try to minimize the sex as much as a can to get an edge in life as a student.
    I would like to hear your thoughts on this.

    I'm Chinese as well but British Born. I have heard of semen retention but I'm not really bothered about that. We all make different life style choices. I just love kissing, hugging or making love to my gf or future wife all the time. This is how i am I guess. With most of my exs while I was working, I was able to have sex almost everyday. It made me happier in general.

    You have to decide what path you want to take. I'm not an expert to be honest

    I hate P and M and what it has done to me. Porn is my enermy forever. I hate it will every cell in my body. If it was a person, I would punch porn in the face. My porn urges can torture me as much as it wants, no matter how strong the urges, I will not give in, even if it kills me. I don't care if he tortures me all night. I make sure my porn urges will starve to death. I will not give it water and food. It can hurt me as much as it wants, in the end it will starve to death. I rather die than P&M. I want to have a life where I can get an erection for a real girl. PERIOD!!! Nothing can stop me, not even porn urges or flatling.

    Thats the secret ;) My mindset :)

    how old are you? By that statement alone I’d say this new woman is a million times more attractive.

    mots true physical attraction is major, but as you get older or further into the relationship it’s a woman’s/mans personality/attitude that is the most attractive part of someone. My woman is the most beautiful woman I’ve ever met IMPO and everyday she gets more and more attractive.

    I was in a toxic relationship for 15 years man it beat me down, I gained wait turned to pmo and ruined myself by not listening to my inner self.

    luckily I met a beautiful woman, who is kind, caring, loving, funny, a great mum and step mum to my two. We are now engaged to be married next year... why did I propose? Because everyday as a person she makes me fall in love that little bit more.
    Honestly she could look like donald trump now and I’d fancy the fucking pants of her!

    I have only recently discovered my addiction and discussed it with her, she now does everything she can to help and keep me settled etc...... that’s what you want from your partner mate best of luck
