Social Aniexty!!!! (Tips Please)

    Is poor social skills considered a withdrawals or side effects of Porn Addiction because ever since I started this not using porn challenge my social skills have gotten worse and I sort of panic when I get in front of people like my energy is awkward I know people can feel my energy base off of there response. Even though I always had social anxiety but it's gonna worse so it has be withdrawals. Also it feels weird not engaging everyday in PMO because i'm use to feeling down all the time so going a month without it feels really weird I still can't fandom it all at this point. I know I'm on a journey to forget Porn forever that's the crazy part the idea that I will no longer engage in PMO. But anyway that's some of the things that I'm currently experiencing right now.     yeah its normal, withdrawal from any addiction can cause bad anxiety but it will get better..

    keep going :D

    It'll get better. I remember the first time I tried going to a family members house after I first told my wife about the P, I had a terrible feeling of anxiety which I've never had before.

    It's only been about 2 weeks and I already feel better. Just keep being around people and dive in.

    Hey this might sound weird, but before you know you are about to go out, eat a banana. There have been studies of eating bananas to control anxiety. When I started eating more bananas, I started feeling more relaxed in front of people.

    i used to have a the same problem but now after joning NoFap academy, its pretty much gone :D
