Meditation for 20 minutes a day has been helping me withe emotions at work.

    It's about a week or so (maybe a little under a week, idk), and I'm feeling a little better. Does it take this fast for benefits to compound, is it a placebo, or do I just have an appropriate mindset when attending to this everyday emotional practice? Curious to know the thoughts of others here.

    I usually feel bit calmer after but only get through about 10 mins how do you usually go for?
