    House is full of relatives, means that I was the whole day home and played video games after a stressful week. Feel urges and loneliness. Don`t know what to do

    Wow, this is amazing. Thanks for sharing. He's last step in his life was right. It reminds me, what could I become if I would go further on that road. I can't even imagine how much guilt he had to feel as a consequence.

    Think about it as something that you can change in the future. You just realised the problem, tomorrow you will do something against it. In your place I would do some push ups, or have a cold shower, or bought of them. Come on, you done more than the half of this challenge. The end is closere than the beginning

    yeah, hesitation, indirect peaking... it´s usually the beginning of the downfall. try to engage in meaningful activities, the urges are far lesser when the day is busy. go bro, much love.

    you´re doing great, keep going. try to do outdoors activities, fresh air and sun are great to boost the spirit. also spending too much time in front of the pc will make you more dull, and by an associative mechanism, can make you think on peaking...

  10. Day 5/90 of no PM
    Day 64 of no Alcohol and caffeine
    - feeling some urges again as a result of feeling sorry for myself for having to reset my counter
    - my brain is trying to sabatauge my streak already just to get a dopamine hit
    - One day all this temptation will go away, right?
    - but haven't caved yet so must stay strong if I ever want to be happy.

    As always, I'm on 41 days. The more I reach my challenges, the more I stay motivated, persistent and optimistic. Have a super weekend.
     
  18. Day 5 started. Woke up with a pretty intense wet dream and kinda O'd in the dream and waking up found that I have made a mess. Feeling kinda tired but not feeling any guilt ( felt guilty after waking up but not that much of MO). Before going to sleep had strong urges ,but ignored them. Not having chaser effect. WILL FIGHT ON!!
