    Hi all,

    So now on the 7th day of try number 3, I join this forum!

    It seemed like a good idea to join this community, surrounded by like minded individuals all in the same boat. Because let’s face it... this is one gripping hell spawned problem and a difficult fxxker to beat! (Pun not intended!)
    I just feel it would be good to be part of something that supports everyone going through different stages and what not!
    Time to push forward and through!

    Looking forward to engaging!

    Welcome to the forum. I found that this is a good place. Now that you have decide to quite, you need to develop a plan. Will power by itself does not work. At the top of this forum (new to nofap), there a resource post. Recommend reading that. Then develop a plan that works for you. All the best as you walk this journey.
