    So I relapsed two days ago on PMO. I am now on a two day streak of no PMO, and I literally have no sexual urge or feelings at all. I actually wish I felt the way I do the now for months. But I could bet you anything withing another few days I will be really horny.

    you have to see this as a chance to improve your resistance against
    PMO tries to see the things that led you to the relapse and never do them. Because our brain is really sensitive to anything related to P. For example,Me once I see a private window the urge starts, so I'm moving away from all those triggers.
