I know it's different for everybody, but for those of you who have "made it", how long did it take you to get rid of the awful brain fog? I know it can come and go for a while, but I'm talking about a noticeable pattern of significantly more mental clarity on a daily basis. Is it different going hard mode vs easy mode (using MO to 'step down' from PMO for a month or two before going hard mode)?

  2. Depends everyone has a different meaning of brain fog. What does Brian fog feel like for you? Is it where you don’t feel present?

I guess I thought it was pretty well defined, but for me, it's like my brain is only operating at 80% of its capabilities and I'm not fully there and not as sharp as I know I should be. A bit like I never fully wake up in the morning.

For me, 20/30 days. And it gets better with time. Once I relapse, my intelligence disappears.

Brain fog is also linked to diet and sleep. I don't know more unfortunately, but it's not just caused by sexual over-stimulation.

  8. Linked by a lot of things and also if you have it from one thing another thing like say alcohol or silly amounts of caffeine can make it worse. It’s all about eliminating things, slowly, and finding which alleviates it bit by bit. I will say for me PMO was the main factor but a bender drinking over the weekend made it even worse.

Does Meditation help diminish the brain fog too?

Yes and the gut is the second brain. If you have good brain health and good gut health, chances are that your brain fog disappears..
