Over the past year, I have implemented strict discipline into almost every facet of my life. I workout 6 days a week, eat a clean diet, take cold showers, get work done on time, and have productive/hobbies (boxing, jiu Jitsu, etc.) The one think that I can't seem to fix is porn use. The urges strike during periods of loneliness, and don't let up. Having fixed everything else, what should I do to beat pmo?

I believe you just answered your own question. If the urges to PMO arise during periods where you're experiencing loneliness, you should do what you can in order to reduce the loneliness. Spend time with family, hang out with friends, make an effort to converse more with those at work, school, or those who you're surrounded by when participating in those various hobbies.

You've designed this coping mechanism of PMO to combat these feelings, so to break the cycle, you must make an effort to combat the feelings.

Also, it is good that you have lots of things to do, and it sounds like they certainly helped. Still, you can't be busy with something 24/7, so you need to learn to cope with the urges when you don't have anything to do, or when you feel lonely. Meditation is a good tool for this, though it is more than that, it makes you practice doing absolutely nothing and be ok with it.
