Made It to 45 Days Without Porn!

  1. I made it to 45 days without porn! Halfway to 90 days! I still think 90 days is not going to be anywhere near what I need for a full reboot. I have masturbated (without porn) four times during this streak. I am generally finding things easier going than earlier in my streak. Though I did have urges yesterday. I continue to use my porn blocker, and that system continues to save me (I would have relapsed without it). I had morning wood last night. I end up getting morning wood about a week or so after I last masturbated. I never got morning wood when I fapping to porn every day. My mood and energy have improved this past week, very noticeably, though I don't know if I can attribute that to NoFap, to the improved weather, or to the antibiotic medication I'm on.

    Good job bro! I am almost 90. Today had mi first wet dream. I feelt little guilty, but i know it is couse my brain finnaly works how he should! Stay strong Brother. I am waiting for you on 90 day milestone :)

Keep i up mate..i m too on my day 45 half way away from 90 day.Ya ya you need stop masturbating too .Quiting porn is good but fapping between reboot period is not good at all.You should try monk mode or hard mode which will totally reboot your brain from PMO.Btw morning erections are norma, its the way our body naturally works..Well NoFap improve our mood i mean its Change the way we look upon the things and people..Ya ya weather can also be helpful in improving mood.Anyway meditation really helps a lot to release mentall stress and improve your mood .Keep it up man ...Stay beastly.....
